Join us for a four-part podium session that explains approaches for measuring chemotherapy knowledge and competency and teaches methods for managing side effects.
  • Rachel Ray, MSN, RN, OCN®, will present "The Effect of an Oral Chemotherapy Course on Knowledge and Confidence Levels of Nurses Administering Oral Chemotherapy to Patients on Units Outside the Oncology Setting."
  • Ashley Mickiewicz, RN, BSN, OCN®, will present "Innovative Teaching Strategy for Best Practices in Central Line Blood Stream Infection Prevention."
  • Lisa Malick, RN, MS, OCN®, will present "An Innovative Approach to Chemotherapy Competency Assessment: Simulation to the Rescue."
  • Christina Klein, RN, BSN, OCN®, CRNI, will present "I'm Safe, You're Safe, We're All Safe!"
